Privacy Policy
May 11, 2026
MED TIME (the “App”) puts your privacy first. This policy explains, in plain language, what information the App collects, uses, and stores.
1. Information We Collect
The App stores the following information on your device: medication names, schedules, dose history, family member display names, relationships and phone numbers, emergency contact names and phone numbers, and medication photos. None of this is sent off your device. In addition, for product improvement the App collects usage data — a per-device anonymous identifier (Apple’s identifierForVendor), device model, OS version, app version, language setting, when the app is opened and closed, how long each session lasts, and which in-app actions are tapped — and sends it to our server. We do not collect your Apple ID, legal name, address, location, or date of birth.
2. Off-Device Transmission
The only data the App sends over the internet is the anonymous usage data described in Section 1. It is sent to our Supabase server (Mumbai, India) automatically when the App launches and as you use it. Medication names, dose history, medication photos, and family and emergency contact details are not transmitted.
3. Third-Party Services
Purchases are handled by Apple App Store (StoreKit); the App does not receive payment information. Usage data is stored using Supabase, Inc. (a United States company) on servers located in Mumbai, India. No advertising SDK is embedded, and we do not serve ads or profile you for advertising purposes.
4. Family Contacts
The App stores family members’ display names, relationships, and phone numbers on your device, and uses them only to place a call with one tap from the list. There is no feature that sends your dose status to a family member’s device. You can add or remove entries at any time.
5. Data Retention
The on-device data described in Section 1 is stored on your device and is deleted entirely when you remove the App. The App does not perform any automatic cloud backup. Usage data that has already been sent cannot be deleted from the device.
6. Your Rights
“Delete data” in the in-app settings removes your dose records. To erase everything, including saved medications, photos, and family and emergency contacts, delete the App. To request deletion of usage data already sent, contact us using Section 8.
7. Children
The App is not designed for use by individuals under 13. If you wish to manage a child’s medication, please use the App as a parent or guardian.
8. Contact
